I had a wonderful experience at this resort! The staff was so caring and quick to help with anything I needed. Our stay at Los Lagos was mostly enjoyable, with the property being well-maintained and nestled in a beautiful pine forest by the lake. The unit we stayed in was spacious and had a nice kitchen setup, but there were a few maintenance issues that could have elevated our experience. Overall, it’s a lovely spot for families, although some units might not offer the best views.

The rooms were well-equipped and perfect for our needs, including a full kitchen which was a big plus. However, it could use some minor cosmetic updates in certain areas.
